Bosk Contracting served as General Contractor for the ground-up construction of this 1,956 sq ft Ocean Bank branch in Doral. The project was delivered to financial institution standards, featuring a customer-facing teller line, secure vault, two drive-thru lanes, ATM vestibule, and private offices — all integrated with the advanced security, electrical, and low-voltage infrastructure required for modern banking operations.

The building's exterior is fully clad in Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panels, delivering a clean, contemporary façade that reinforces Ocean Bank's brand presence along the corridor. From site work and structural foundation through interior finishes, MEP coordination, and branded millwork, every phase was executed to align with Ocean Bank's design standards and operational requirements. This project reflects Bosk Contracting's ability to deliver complex commercial builds for institutional clients with the precision, security compliance, and finish quality their environments demand.
